Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provided training to end-users to ensure effective ERP software utilization

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms; Aspen Canopy preferred.
  • Expert-level skills in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
  • The ability to work both as a team and independently
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Technological and computer knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for documenting processes and interacting with all levels of the organization
