About the Role:
We are growing and looking to add a Customer Service Representative to support our business / commercial insurance clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and learning the business side of insurance.

You do not need prior insurance experience — we will train the right person. However, you must be willing to obtain your insurance license (we will guide you through the process).

If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy helping business owners protect what they’ve built, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

Support business / commercial insurance clients with policy changes, renewals, certificates, and coverage questions
Communicate with business owners via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist with processing endorsements and policy updates
Help prepare renewal reviews and coverage summaries
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new commercial clients
Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems
Provide proactive service to help clients understand risk and protection options
