Business Insurance CSR - Service Representative

We are seeking a well-rounded, knowledgeable, licensed insurance professional to join our outstanding client services team. This team member is a full time Customer Service Representative with focus in commercial business insurance. Our Client Services Rep will be responsible for providing an exceptional client experience to our current clients and new prospects. Areas of importance include: process and market renewals, support producers, process policy change requests, Issue COIs, file and handle claims, maintain knowledge of all commercial lines, teach and elevate peers, and support personal lines as needed.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Process and market commercial renewals.
• Support producers in marketing and underwriting.
• Treat each client contact as an opportunity to provide other lines of coverage.
• Document client interactions exceptionally well.
• Share training, education, knowledge, and expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Schedule appointments for producers to meet prospective clients.
• Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and loyalty.
• Service and support personal lines clients as needed.

• Property & Casualty license is required.
• Some commercial insurance experience is appreciated.
• Take initiative and bring knowledge to develop others.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
