Responsibilities

• Strategic Risk Consulting: Conduct deep-dive risk assessments for mid-to-large market businesses, identifying vulnerabilities in their current coverage.
• Full-Market Access: Leverage our relationships with dozens of top-rated carriers to design comprehensive programs including General Liability, Property, Workers Comp, Cyber, and E&O.
• B2B Growth: Develop and execute a proactive acquisition strategy to build a robust book of commercial business within Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding regions.
• Client Advocacy: Act as a high-level liaison between clients and underwriters to ensure favorable terms and seamless claims support.
• Retention Leadership: Provide ongoing consultation to ensure client coverage evolves alongside their business growth and changing market regulations.
