Small Biz Heroes is a rapidly growing capital advisory firm helping entrepreneurs access the funding they need to grow. We fight for small business owners who have been overlooked, misunderstood, or underserved by traditional lenders.

This is a high-volume outbound sales role. You'll prospect, build relationships, and help business owners secure real solutions that change lives.

What You'll Do

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily
• Build relationships with business owners and referral partners
• Qualify opportunities and guide clients through the funding process
• Follow proven systems, scripts, and training
• Turn effort into income

Compensation

$36,000 base salary ($3,000/month) Uncapped commissions ($100k–$250k+ earning potential) Additional bonus opportunities through fundability services

Requirements

No degree required. We hire based on character, drive, and coachability — not credentials.

• Must be able to commute to our Charlotte office Monday through Friday
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners by phone and video
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM systems and sales technology
