About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Merchant Services Onboarding Operations Business Execution Consultant to support Add Locations, Contract Management, and Regulatory Support.
In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Merchant Services/Payments Industry experience.
Experience executing or supporting control environments, including compliance, risk, or audit-related processes.
Strong understanding of quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), or peer review frameworks.
Ability to identify defects, root causes, and control gaps within operational workflows.
Experience writing, updating, and maintaining business procedures, job aids, or control documentation.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured, and auditable documentation.
Experience supporting or leading projects, including process improvements, system changes, or operational initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Experience driving change adoption within an operations or production environment.
Experience providing work direction, coaching, or oversight to junior staff or peers.
Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or case management systems.
Ability to work across multiple systems and data sources to support analysis and execution.
Job Expectations:
Position will require onsite presence at one of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule.
Flexibility to support global teams across time zones.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$77,000.00 - $145,000.00
