Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms.
• Experience in leading and collaborating with Engineering teams to design and implement AI, Agentic AI workflows using tools like LangChain/LangGraph, Google Agent Space, MS CoPilot Studio, etc.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development.
• Familiarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with automation analysis and design methodology.
• Proficiency in conducting product demos and facilitating user acceptance testing.
• Ability to identify and communicate risks and impacts, proposing risk mitigation options.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between lines of business and technology partners to solve complex business problems with automated solutions.
• Support the alignment of Intelligent Automation needs with technology and business strategies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business processes into user stories and manage the backlog for automation delivery.
• Proactively notify stakeholders of risks, bottlenecks, problems, and issues.
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and create efficiencies as appropriate.
• Collaborate and consult with team members to drive strategic initiatives.
