Role Summary

This role supports stakeholders across ME Body - Global Quality Center, Stamping and Assembly Plants processes by improving structure, visibility, and follow-through across critical initiatives. In practice, the work is closely connected to the centralization and streamlining of access to dimensional and quality data in support of launch and steady-state operations using Data Visualization, Data Management and Data Storage tools.
Position Overview
The Business Efficiency and Knowledge Lead is a people leader within ME Body Global Quality Center responsible for leading a team that improves business efficiency, knowledge enablement, operating discipline, and execution across operational and technical workstreams. This role serves as a cross-functional integrator, translating business needs into scalable processes, team priorities, knowledge systems, data visualization dashboards, and operational routines that improve performance across the function.
