Business Development Specialist

And more! As a Business Development Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and effectively educating clients and customers about brand benefits
- Building, maintaining, and strengthening professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls
- Increasing brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
- Utilizing marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities
- Providing management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory
- Increasing sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals
Position requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
- A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
- Strong process and results driven attitude
- Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
Skills/physical demands/competencies include:
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
