What You’ll Do:

Drive New Business
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and smart prospecting tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Indeed, etc.)
  • Build and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our staffing solutions and value
  • Negotiate pricing and agreements aligned with company standards and client needs

Build Client Relationships
  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients through consultative, relationship-driven selling
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts with high-touch service and proactive communication
  • Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client success and delivery excellence
  • Conduct site visits, service reviews, and safety evaluations as part of full-service account support

Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience / business development or hospitality background preferred 
  • Proven ability to hit goals or KPIs 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Professional presence and strong client-facing demeanor 

Work Environment
  • Office based with regular travel to client sites and networking events across Southern California

Compensation & Growth
  •  Competitive base salary  ($60,000 to $80,000)+ uncapped commission
