Business Development Representative – Outside Sales (Field-Based | $100K+ OTE)
About the Role
We’re partnering with a well established organization in the aesthetic technology space to hire a Business Development Representative – Outside Sales.
This is a field-based, hunter-style role focused on new business development and prospecting. You’ll spend the majority of your time out in your territory connecting with medical offices, medspas, and aesthetic clinics.
There’s no office requirement, you’ll manage your own schedule and territory while generating and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
Important: This role focuses on prospecting and lead generation. You will not be responsible for closing deals
Our Ideal Candidates
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, outside sales, or high-activity prospecting experience
- Strong hunter mentality with confidence approaching new businesses
- Comfortable with rejection and high daily activity
- Excellent communication and in-person presence
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
Highly Preferred
- Background from high-volume sales organizations such as ADP, Paychex, Paycor, Cintas, Xerox, or similar environments
- Experience with cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, or territory sales
- Interest in building a long-term career in B2B or medical sales

A Typical Day On The Job
- Plan your day and map out businesses to visit in your territory
- Prospect in-person at medical offices, medspas, and aesthetic clinics
- Introduce solutions and spark interest with decision-makers
- Navigate gatekeepers and handle real-time objections
- Follow up with calls, texts, and emails to warm prospects
- Qualify opportunities (budget, timing, decision-maker access)
- Log activity in CRM and hand off strong leads to senior sales reps
