We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a true “hunter” who understands technical B2B sales within manufacturing environments.

Job Details

Required:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience preferred (3+ years minimum considered)
  • Proven success in technical sales within manufacturing environments
  • Experience developing new business, opening new accounts, and growing revenue pipelines
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable engaging technical buyers, engineers, and procurement professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

Highly Preferred:
  • Experience selling technical industrial products such as:
  • Sensors
  • Monitoring equipment
  • Industrial instrumentation
  • Manufacturing technology
  • Logistics/fleet/rail-related products

Background working with customers in:
  • Aerospace
  • Power/energy infrastructure
  • Heavy industrial manufacturing
  • Logistics/fleet management

Nice to Have:
  • Existing industry relationships or network within relevant industrial markets
  • Prior experience attending trade shows or representing a technical product portfolio
