The Business Development Sales Engineer is designed as a leadership pipeline position, with the opportunity to develop into Director of Business Development, or Sales Director for future succession over the next several years. Position will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership to identify new profitable opportunities, support customer programs, and expand our presence in key strategic markets including aerospace, defense, and high-performance manufacturing.
