Overview

Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services Sales Director Responsibilities

Accounting & Advisory Services Sales Director is responsible for the following tasks that are crucial for driving sales growth and managing client relationships.

 

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and creating new qualified client opportunities and     managing daily operations.
  • Team Management: Coordinating daily activities, setting performance standards,   and aligning our team’s efforts with the client’s needs and goals.
  • Prospective Client Pipeline Management: Maintaining up to date list of prospective clients which match range of current Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking Outsourced Accounting Services and confirming they are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.  Maintaining monthly calls with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered services aligned with client’s goals and expectations.  Maintaining performance standards for favorable client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with clients to ensure efficient communication with various cross-function team members to ensure efficient processing of client’s routine reporting.
  • Problem Solving: Solving customer-related issues that arise during execution and eliminating barriers to achieve optimum service efficiencies.

This role is ideal for a well-connected professional in the QSR, or other industry who understands how owners, CFOs, and operators buy services and who brings ideas, initiative, and accountability for growing a strong client base.

 

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Generate new clients for outsourced accounting and advisory services.
  • Position our firm as a cost-effective, strategic alternative to in-house accounting departments and traditional CPA firms.
  • Clearly communicate ROI, cost savings, and operational benefits to prospective clients.
  • Own the sales process from first conversation through client on-boarding, and beyond.

 

Relationship & Network Development

  • Leverage and expand an existing professional network (owners, CFOs, PE, lenders, attorneys, advisors).
  • Build referral and partnership channels with complementary service providers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the sales process, not a transactional salesperson.

 

Growth Strategy & Market Development

  • Identify ideal client profiles, industries, and growth opportunities.
  • Propose and execute creative ideas to generate leads (partnerships, events, targeted outreach, thought leadership).
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, packaging, and positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership on firm growth strategy.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications for Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services Sales Director Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in the accounting and finance field, customer service, or marketing positions is ideal.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency with CRM tools and accounting software is also important.
