Responsibilities
Identify and research potential new business opportunities and target accounts within specified industries.
Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media, to introduce Trophy Insurance Solutions' value proposition.
Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and identify areas where our solutions can provide significant value.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and campaign messaging.
Proven track record in sales development, lead generation, or a similar client-facing role (2+ years preferred).
Exceptional active listening and verbal/written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
