Compensation
Average earnings: $55,000–$70,000 per year, including hourly base pay plus commission
Top performers earn $75,000–$80,000 annually
Guaranteed base pay of $20/hour, roughly $42,000 annually

What You’ll Do
Proactively reach out to homeowners and prospects to generate new business opportunities
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set high-quality in-home design consultations
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and referral partners
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and convert opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and strong close rates
Track activity and performance in CRM systems and maintain accurate records
Hit (and exceed) weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive
Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability
Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, texts, follow-ups)
