This role is primarily responsible for generating new business through networking, referrals, and strong client relationships. As a growing company, this is a hands-on role where you'll help build our sales pipeline, strengthen partnerships, and own day-to-day communications and invoice support. This role requires balancing outbound business development with real-time coordination of customer needs throughout the day. You will be supported through company-provided systems, CRM tools, and call center support on non-restoration calls.Primary Responsibilities Business Development & SalesIdentify and build relationships with referral sources (insurance agents, property managers, business owners, etc.)Conduct regular outreach, including phone calls, in-person visits, and networking eventsSchedule and lead meetings with prospective clients and partnersDeliver presentations to organizations and community groupsGenerate new business opportunities and support conversion to active jobsMaintain consistent follow-up with prospects and referral partnersClient Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and referral partnersServe as the primary point of contact for restoration calls during business hours, communicating with field team to ensure timely response and coordination of serviceMaintain strong, ongoing relationships to drive repeat and referral businessEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-throughOperations & Team Coordination (Startup Support) Coordinate daily scheduling to ensure efficient job flowCoordinate with technicians to ensure smooth handoff from sales to job executionEnsure basic job documentation, customer records, and workflow tracking information is updated within company systemsMaintain contacts, jobs, and referral sources in company CRMSupport invoicing, client and insurance company payment follow-up, and job close-out processesCoach technicians on customer communication and identifying potential opportunities in the fieldMarketing & Community Presence Actively participate in networking groups, community events, and industry organizationsSupport the development of marketing materials and outreach strategiesRepresent the company professionally in all external interactionsWhat Success Looks Like Building a consistent pipeline of new referral partners and opportunitiesGenerating steady revenue growth through new and repeat businessMaintaining strong relationships that lead to ongoing referralsDemonstrating consistent sales activity (calls, meetings, networking)Supporting smooth coordination between sales and operationsThe Ideal Candidate Is A strong relationship builder who enjoys networking and being out in the communityA self-starter who can manage their time and stay organized without heavy oversightComfortable with ambiguity and helping build processes as the company growsA clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writingHighly accountable, with strong follow-through and professionalismSomeone with a growth mindset who is eager to learn, adapt, and take initiativeQualifications Experience in sales, business development, or relationship-based roles preferredExperience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries is a plus, but not requiredValid driver's license and ability to travel locally on a regular basis is requiredComfortable using basic technology (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, etc.)Compensation Base salary + performance-based bonus/commission tied to revenue growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
