We offer comprehensive training to help you succeed in your role.Job DetailsSalary: From $45,000 to $50,000 per yearJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Rochester Hills, MI 48307Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in increasing customer satisfaction and driving appointments for sales and service departments through effective communication and follow-up.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls following established scripts and schedule sales appointments.Make outbound calls to customers to arrange appointments for sales and service.Log all customer interactions and comments accurately.Schedule follow-up contacts when appointments are not immediately made.Confirm and reschedule customer appointments as needed.Update customer information in the database to ensure accuracy.Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails to maintain contact according to marketing schedules.Respond to customer inquiries received through the company website.Contact internet customers via phone and email to schedule appointments and follow up appropriately.Notify relevant departments when appointments are confirmed.Assist with other duties as assigned to support team objectives.Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly performance goals.Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where strong time management and multi-tasking skills are essential.Equal Opportunity EmployerFox Toyota of Rochester Hills is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.

Job Requirements:
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Experience with phone communication or telemarketing, preferably in automotive, business development, or customer service.Familiarity with scripts and sales processes such as Powertrax is a plus.Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and data entry.
