What You'll Do
Build relationships with local business owners and organizational leaders
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with decision-makers
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate employee benefit solutions
Manage and grow a designated sales territory
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Participate in ongoing sales and leadership development programs
Contribute to team growth while achieving individual performance goals
Who We're Looking For
1+ year of sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Belief in the value of face-to-face interactions and consultative selling
Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Ability to commute within the Kansas City area
