WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Prospecting for and visiting potential clients daily
  • Establishing and developing relationships with property managers and other property personnel
  • Set up booths and attend trade show events
  • Participate in multiple industry associations and volunteer for board opportunities
  • Deliver compelling calls and meetings to introduce company capabilities and value propositions
  • Maintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basis
  • Setting up outreach networking events to invite potential new clients (i.e “Lunch and Learns”, trade association events, etc..)
  • Reporting activity in R&D’s CRM portal daily
  • Collaborate with our marketing team and provide feedback on marketing initiatives

ABILITIES YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You must be able to walk into a room and have no hesitation to introduce yourself to new colleagues and clients
  • Problem solving ability - getting to the root cause and identifying the solutions for our clients
  • Instrumental - ability to come across to others as highly competent and professional

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater
  • 3 years minimum of business development experience and/or B2B selling experience
  • Proven B2B sales track record
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • Demonstrated history of business development relationships
