We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with the drive to generate new business opportunities as a Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is all about prospecting, cold calling, and creating qualified leads that fuel our sales pipeline.
What You'll Do:
- Drive outbound lead generation through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Research and identify decision-makers at target companies.
- Conduct discovery conversations to qualify prospects and uncover security needs.
- Book qualified meetings and demos for our Direct Sales Representatives and Channel Managers.
- Track outreach activities and pipeline progress in the CRM.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years in sales, business development, or outbound calling.
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling objections.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Highly organized, persistent, and motivated by hitting goals.
- Interest in launching or growing a career in sales, especially in cybersecurity.
- Cybersecurity or IT experience preferred
