You are not responsible for generating cold leads. You are responsible for managing active opportunities that require persistence, negotiation, and urgency.This is a performance-driven role where contract conversions, pipeline progression, and structured communication directly influence company revenue.Duties include, but are not limited to:Own the post-appointment seller opportunity pipeline and drive deals toward signed contractsCommunicate seller offers based on acquisition underwriting and property analysisExecute disciplined follow-up across all assigned opportunities until a clear outcome is reachedAdvance each opportunity toward resolution: contract signed, nurture track, or disqualifiedHandle seller objections and negotiate directly with homeowners when appropriateMaintain accurate, real-time CRM documentation for all pipeline activity and conversationsIdentify stalled opportunities and proactively re-engage sellers to prevent revenue lossIdeal candidate experience and skill-sets:Experience managing sales pipelines or follow-up sequences in inside sales environmentsComfortable maintaining high outbound call activity when pipeline requires itStrong objection handling and negotiation ability with decision makersProven ability to maintain structured follow-up across multiple opportunitiesOrganized with disciplined CRM documentation habitsResilient under rejection and able to maintain persistence through extended follow-up cyclesCompetitive mindset motivated by measurable performance targetsReal estate investment, contract negotiation, or distressed property sales experience is beneficial but not requiredCompensation:Base salary $40,000 - 50,000On- Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 - $120,000+High performers who consistently convert opportunities into signed agreements will see the highest earning potential.What do I get?Competitive starting salary with bonus opportunities.Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays and vacationRetirement plan with a company contribution match#J-18808-Ljbffr
