What You'll Be Doing

You'll:

  • Identify and engage business owners who could benefit from our services
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
  • Generate qualified appointments for our advisory team
  • Conduct 200 weekly outreach touches across all channels, including phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, social media interactions, and in‑person networking.
  • Follow up consistently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Learn our services well enough to confidently communicate value
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to improve your sales skills

Successful Sales Representatives consistently:

  • Generate qualified opportunities each week
  • Build strong relationships with business owners
  • Execute outreach activities consistently
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Follow the sales process without needing constant supervision

Who We're Looking For

Required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to learn

  • 1–4 years of sales, business development, customer-facing, or appointment-setting experience
