General Summary:

Empath is a training and accountability platform designed specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Empath streamlines employee development with structured learning pathways, real-world MSP expertise, and built-in accountability tools. By consolidating training resources into a single, intuitive platform, Empath ensures that every MSP team member, from technicians to leadership, gains the skills needed to drive business success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 70 outbound calls daily to generate brand awareness, promote our cybersecurity solutions, and most importantly, schedule first-time appointments with potential clients. 

  • Log all leads and calls into HubSpot 

  • Manage prioritization of weekly to do lists and communicate status of initiatives. 

  • Develop extensive knowledge of the Managed Service Provider Community.

  • Communicate and collaborate with revenue operations.

  • Oversee quality assurance within service delivery.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A determined self-starter capable of delivering results consistent

  • Experience working in the tech sector or in one of various roles: development or sales, is preferred but not required

  • Background in the MSP industry is preferred, but not required

  • Integrity, advocacy skills and strong leadership experience

  • Ability to problem-solve effectively and expediently to meet the needs of our clients

  • Superior organization and communication skills with all stakeholders

  • Ability to identify potential opportunities and problems, prioritize appropriately and manage stakeholders accordingly

  • Ability to provide world class customer service while finding opportunities to position sales of new and additional products and services

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal are vital for communication via phone, chat, and email

  • Previous work experience in a sales role is a plus

  • Be customer focused

Training and Development: 

  • Employees benefit from our comprehensive sales training program designed to foster sales skills and knowledge essential for success at Empath. 

Compensation: 

  • Salary: $45,000

  • Commision: $30,000

  • Health Insurance

  • Vision & Dental Insurance 

  • PTO

Working Conditions: 

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm ET 

  • Professional office environment or home environment if restrictions prevent open access to an office environment.

  • Empath is a hybrid working environment. We have select days we work from home or from the office depending on team and organization needs.
