Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow market presence within the Manchester–Londonderry area. This role is focused on generating new deposit relationships, identifying commercial lending opportunities, and building strong connections through networking, outreach, and community engagement.


What You’ll Do
Business Development & Outreach

  • Identify and pursue new deposit and commercial lending opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and local initiatives

Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and community partners
  • Deliver a consultative and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and ensure a seamless experience

Client Support & Retention

  • Assist clients with onboarding and ongoing product support
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact to strengthen client satisfaction and retention

Performance & Compliance

  • Track outreach efforts, referrals, and business development activity
  • Contribute ideas to improve growth strategies and market outreach
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable banking regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles required
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Familiarity with deposit products, lending, or financial services is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, FFIEC, etc.) is helpful
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
