Qualifications
1+ year of successful outbound sales experience OR you''ve aced a sales training program in college or through a BDR/SDR certification course.
You LOVE the phone and are super comfortable making 100+ calls a day (no sweat!).
Killer communication skills (both written and verbal) and an eye for details.
You thrive in a coaching environment-always looking to learn and grow.
Healthcare knowledge is cool, but not a dealbreaker.
A self-starter attitude and entrepreneurial spirit-we're all about innovation!
Additional information
On target earnings of $70k uncapped (earn more if you crush it)! Base pay of $45k and $25k commission at goal.
