Business Development Representative / Inside Sales / Appointment Setter Entry-Level Sales | Customer Service Experience Welcome

This is an entry-level Business Development Representative role with paid training, performance bonuses, and some growth opportunities.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion throughout the Western, Southern, and Midwestern United States, working directly with companies that have staffing and hiring challenges.

What You'll Do as a Business Development Representative:

Make 100 outbound phone calls per day to prospective business clients Set appointments with hiring managers and decision-makers Schedule appointments using Outlook and Microsoft Teams Use a CRM system to manage leads and track activity Research local markets and launch email and phone outreach campaigns

Business Development Representative Requirements:

Strong work ethic and desire to meet performance goals Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus (customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, sales) Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with professionals Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to learn new systems and sales tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time position

Pay & Incentives:

$20 per hour $150 monthly performance bonus based on metrics $20 per appointment kept Hourly pay increases are available after 3 months of consistent performance Additional hourly pay increases are available after 6 months
