Business Development Manager – Packaging Equipment

Ideal Locations: Spartanburg, SC | Greenville, SC | Atlanta, GA | Wilmington, NC

Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

1st Year Total Comp: $130K–$140K (Base + Commission)

Territory: Nationwide | Travel as Needed

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities across the U.S.
• Turn first-time buyers into key long-term accounts
• Represent high-tech packaging solutions in secondary and end-of-line automation
• Travel to customer sites nationwide to build relationships and drive growth
• Own your territory, pipeline, and results — this is atruehunter role

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in a B2B hunting role — you're energized by new business wins
• Background in industrial automation, packaging, or capital equipment sales is a huge plus
• Self-starter with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel as needed (expected but manageable)
• Based in or near Spartanburg SC, Greenville SC, Atlanta GA, or Wilmington NC
