Join Our Team! We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to serve as the front line of new business acquisition and help drive growth across our markets. This role focuses on customer acquisition and re-engagement of underperforming accounts, supporting both regional and company-wide sales goals.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
Travel through out your territory creating a book of business
Execute annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify and develop new customer relationships while re-engaging existing accounts.
Collaborate with branch managers, regional managers, and divisional sales managers to refine acquisition strategies.
Provide superior customer service and represent our brand with professionalism.
Maintain accurate activity and results reports, including Business Activity Logs and monthly/annual sales workbooks.
Participate in relevant regional organizations and industry associations to build networks and drive growth.
Requirements

Willingness to travel approximately 15%.
