This role centers on engaging daily with healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, and staff at partner hospitals and clinics. The primary aim is to introduce these providers to our ambulatory infusion services, cultivating relationships that facilitate patient referrals.Key Responsibilities:Territory Growth & Referral DevelopmentIdentify and engage potential referral sources to increase new patient encounters.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet growth targets within the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and health systems to drive referral volume.Participate in community events and local engagements to increase brand awareness and referral opportunities.Provider Engagement & EducationConduct in-person and virtual presentations and educational sessions with healthcare providers and office staff.Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding IVX Health services, referral processes, and patient experience.Act as a liaison between referring practices and IVX operations teams to ensure a positive experience for both providers and patients.Market Intelligence & Performance TrackingMonitor competitor activity, market trends, and territory performance, providing insights to leadership.Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Maintain accurate, timely documentation of activities, leads, expenses, and reporting within CRM and internal systems.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Regional Operations, Prior Authorization, Intake, and other internal teams to support smooth patient onboarding.Collaborate with Marketing to promote local events and territory initiatives, including social media engagement.Build relationships with pharmaceutical representatives and other industry stakeholders.Professional Development & ComplianceParticipate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to strengthen skills and product knowledge.Maintain current knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions in alignment with IVX Health values.Why Youll Love IVX HealthAt IVX Health, we believe in taking care of our team just as much as we take care of our patients.
