As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our partner organizations by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your efforts will directly impact the sales pipeline and contribute to the success of the sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route qualified opportunities to Account Executives
Book meetings and coordinate calendars for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM activity logs and pipeline notes
Collaborate with marketing on messaging and campaign execution
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Fluency in English
Authorization to work in the United States
Availability during Eastern Time business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Comfort with cold calling and high-volume outbound outreach
Experience qualifying leads and handling objections
Ability to consistently complete approximately 50 outbound calls per day
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Experience prospecting into a cybersecurity audience
