Business Development Manager – $47,840 Base + $20,000 Bonus Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. This role is focused on growing new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue across multiple channels. Pay & Benefits - Training pay: $23/hour

What You’ll Do - Develop new business and expand existing accounts
- Manage relationships with commercial, on-premise, vending, and specialty customers
- Identify growth opportunities and increase sales volume and profitability
- Support new customer onboarding and ordering setup
- Maintain contracts, track renewals, and ensure accurate documentation
- Execute promotions and marketing initiatives within accounts
- Participate in community events and brand activations
- Coordinate with internal teams on equipment placement, service, and promotions
- Track activity, sales growth, and report progress regularly

Requirements - Proven experience in sales and business development
