We are looking for a Business Development Representative - a strategic, research-driven B2B professional with a proven ability to identify, engage, and develop qualified opportunities for our cloud, SaaS, and mobile applications.

This is a Remote Work-from-Home contract position.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers (e.g., Director of Marketing, VP of Security)
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans tailored to each prospect
  • Engage prospects through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms)
  • Position SaaS products (web and mobile apps) through personalized, value-driven messaging
  • Qualify opportunities and coordinate introductions with sales engineers for demos
  • Manage and nurture early-stage pipeline to ensure consistent opportunity flow
  • Track engagement, optimize outreach strategies, and maintain CRM accuracy

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B business development, targeted prospecting, or strategic outreach roles
  • Strong ability to research accounts and craft personalized engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified opportunities or pipeline (not just activity volume)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills across multiple channels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven in approach
  • Ability to operate independently and think strategically about market opportunities
  • Strong references from prior managers or supervisors

Compensation

Estimated $25-$55/hour depending on experience and demonstrated ability to generate qualified pipeline
