As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will embark on a structured program designed to build foundational skills and real-world experience. The role begins with a 2-week intensive bootcamp, followed by a 90-day residency where you will apply your training in a professional environment with one of our partner companies.
Key responsibilities include:
Participate in a comprehensive 2-week bootcamp training program to develop core SDR skills.
Engage in a 90-day residency with an employer partner, performing daily SDR activities.
Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
Utilize common SDR tools such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
Collaborate with team members and embrace feedback to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR roles)
Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach
Willingness and ability to learn common SDR tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach or Salesloft), prospecting tools (ZoomInfo), dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Interest in working in a tech sales context within Information Technology and Services
Experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional proficiency in English
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
