POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a natural hunter Part-Time Sales Representative to help grow our client base across the greater Raleigh-Durham area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients through identifying business needs, building relationships, and connecting companies with the HR solutions that best fit their goals. This is a commission-based hybrid role with a mix of phone/email outreach and in-person client meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and identify potential clients
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule discovery calls
  • Lead initial sales calls and consultations to assess prospective client needs
  • Present and articulate BeEvolvedHR’s service offerings clearly and persuasively
  • Schedule and attend on-site or virtual meetings with key decision-makers
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and activity log using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the BeEvolvedHR team to develop proposals and follow up on opportunities
  • Represent BeEvolvedHR at local networking events and business community gatherings as needed
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activity, pipeline status, and market feedback

Sales System Setup (Initial Priority):

  • Develop and document a repeatable outreach process including prospecting cadence, email templates, call scripts, and follow-up sequences
  • Create a standard sales playbook covering objection handling, service positioning, and discovery call frameworks specific to HR services
  • Establish reporting dashboards to track KPIs: calls made, meetings booked, proposals sent, and deals closed
  • Recommend and implement any additional tools needed to support an efficient part-time sales operation

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Comfortable making cold calls and running discovery conversations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to build outreach workflows, email sequences, and sales playbooks from scratch
  • Comfortable configuring and working with sales tech tools: scheduling software, email outreach platforms

Preferred:

  • Prior experience selling HR, staffing, consulting, or professional services
  • Familiarity with the Raleigh-Durham business community and local market
  • Understanding of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, compliance, workforce planning
  • Experience building sales reporting dashboards and tracking pipeline KPIs
