We are seeking a driven Business Development professional to help expand market presence and build strong relationships within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and being the face of a growing organization in the Tampa market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and key industry partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Track and respond to RFQs, RFPs, and teaming opportunities
Collaborate with leadership on go/no-go decisions and growth strategy
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Maintain and track business development activity within CRM tools
Continuously engage clients to drive repeat and future business
Qualifications:
7+ years of business development experience within the AEC industry
Strong existing network in the Tampa or surrounding market
Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) preferred
