The Business Development Mortgage Originator is responsible for building external relationships to increase mortgage volume, guiding members through the mortgage process, and collaborating with the Mortgage Team and third parties for efficient service.
- Develops relationships within the real estate community and promotes the organization in the community through networking and activities.
- Achieves performance objectives while delivering excellent customer experiences by understanding products and industry standards.
- Assists applicants with financing options, gathers documentation, and ensures timely processing of applications.
- Maintains communication throughout the loan process and meets service standards.
- Provides leadership and mentoring across Mortgage Lending and Front-Line teams.
- Qualifications include a relevant degree or experience, mortgage origination success, registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator, and strong sales and networking skills. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
