Position: Business Development & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Royal Oak, Michigan

Position Overview


Seeking a highly organized and creative Business Development & Marketing Coordinator with 3–6 years of AEC industry experience. The ideal candidate will support business development initiatives, proposal coordination, marketing efforts, CRM management, and brand visibility within a fast-paced professional environment.


Key Responsibilities


  •  Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials 
  •  Track opportunities and maintain CRM systems 
  •  Support business development and pursuit activities 
  •  Assist with website updates, social media, and marketing campaigns 
  •  Coordinate meetings, events, and industry conferences 
  •  Maintain proposal content libraries and marketing materials 
  •  Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on pursuit strategies 
Required Qualifications


  •  3–6 years of experience in AEC marketing, business development, or proposal coordination 
  •  Experience preparing AEC proposals and pursuit materials 
  •  Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite 
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  •  Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities 
Preferred Qualifications


  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 
  •  Familiarity with Deltek Ajera, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms 
  •  Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or digital marketing tools preferred
