Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new client opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and expansion. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Track and report on business development metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility. Relevant business development experience supporting White Collar or related professional services teams. Ability to work independently and achieve goals with limited supervision while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. Excellent writing, editing, analytical, research, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to develop high-quality pitches, proposals, presentations, submissions, and other client-facing materials. Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests while maintaining a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment.
