We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support growth in our design firm’s Americas region, based in Dallas, Tustin, or Los Angeles.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients, maintaining relationships with target clients, conducting market research, managing CRM and business development activities, and supporting presentations and campaigns.
Qualifications require 8+ years in business development or client services within the AEC or professional services industry, CRM management experience, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite, strong organizational and communication skills, and a results-driven, collaborative approach.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
