RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Development:

Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients for IT services.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and execute a targeted hunter sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, social selling, and networking.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling:

Understand client business challenges and position IT services as value-driven solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
Experience in selling IT services, including (but not limited to):
Application Development & Maintenance
Cloud Services
Digital Transformation
Data & Analytics
Managed IT Services
Market & Relationship Development:

Research market trends, competitors, and customer need to identify new opportunities.
Establish relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Sales Performance & Reporting:

Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
Provide regular sales reports and pipeline reviews to leadership.
Required Qualifications:

10+ years of new business sales experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting.
Proven success as a hunter with a strong record of closing net-new logos.
Strong understanding of IT services and solution-based selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
