Role Summary:
Were seeking a hunter-minded Business Development Manager to sell RF engineering services (benchmarking, RF design, commissioning/integration) to carriers, distributors, contractors, and OEM partners. This role focuses on new business development and strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of RF services; achieve $1M revenue in first 12 months.
- Build pipeline and close deals with carriers, distributors, and integrators.
- Travel monthly for client meetings; face-to-face engagement required.
Qualifications:
- 28+ years sales experience; DAS/in-building/Wi-Fi preferred.
- Strong technical credibility; able to engage RF engineers.
- Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering.
- Hunter mentality; comfortable with lower base/higher commission.
Preferred:
- Existing relationships in West Coast market.
- Familiarity with Atoll, iBwave, Ekahau, or turnkey DAS sales.
