The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving growth across complex, mulit-territroy customers within key channels including Multi-Family, Hospitality, MRO Contractors, and Wholesale Distribution. This role leads strategic initiatives through manufacturer representative agencies and direct distribution, managing large projects and regional/ national accounts. The BDM partners closely with District Managers, the Regional Vice President, and field sales teams to expand specifications, strengthen customer relationships, and grow the Speakman and Wolverine Brass brands.
