Business Development Manager, Light Industrial Staffing Location: Austin, TX - hybrid/field-based. Remote flexibility with strong local market presence required. Travel within territory expected.
What you will do:
Drive new business and build a strong pipeline within Light Industrial staffing.
Close over $2M+ in new business and secure new partnerships.
Manage the full sales cycle while collaborating with internal teams.
What were looking for:
Proven BDM experience in staffing (Light Industrial preferred).
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of building a book of business.
Ability to manage large territories and exceed revenue targets ($2M+).
