Salary Range: $170,000 - $242,000 (Based on Experience & Location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with firm goals.
• Identify and engage prospective clients, prepare high-impact pitches, and oversee marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with attorneys and marketing teams to enhance client engagement.
• Support practice development, training, and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
• 5+ years of experience in professional services marketing or business development (law firm experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and legal marketing tech experience is a plus.
