Elbit Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the FAS Business Unit at the Aircraft Division site in Haifa.
Main Responsibilities:
• Initiate and identify business opportunities in Israel and abroad • Establish new business partnerships and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners • Manage and lead system-level business opportunities and campaigns • Collect business intelligence and conduct market analysis • Lead long-term marketing processes • Develop new markets domestically and internationally • Negotiate all aspects of programs, including quality, schedule, and budget
Requirements:
• B.A. in Engineering / Technology / Business • More than 5 years of experience in large-scale marketing and business development within the defense and international markets • Military background in an aircrew position - Mandatory • Rotorcraft aircrew - Advantage • Business acumen and proven experience in negotiation and contract closing • Proactive and independent approach with strong capability to lead processes and engage multiple interfaces • Excellent representation, high interpersonal communication skills, and system-level vision • Willingness to travel extensively abroad and to work non-standard hours • High-level English proficiency
