POSITION SUMMARY
Fluid Systems Division is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for a significant ~400M annual revenue product family within the division. For this highly engineered product family the Business Development Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing plans aligned with our site business objectives. In this role you will provide data-driven insights and recommendations related to products markets pricing and strategic planning to ensure profitable growth across the division. You will serve as a key liaison between the division and field operations establishing realistic goals to capture market share in targeted segments. Your expertise in identifying technology trends competitive factors and opportunities for both new and existing products will be crucial in driving our growth initiatives in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in customer coordination and communication demonstrate strong written and verbal skills and have a solid understanding of aerospace development cycles and business development opportunities.
