We are currently seeking a well-qualified candidate for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM) as a remote position located in the Pacific Standard Time Zone with preference in California.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving AIPCs IT/Datacom business and expanding the New Product pipeline. This role requires the development and execution of a strategic plan to identify high-potential markets, target customers, and assess the competitive landscape. The BDM will actively prospect for new business within these markets and work closely with the Sales team to convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

Autonomous Decision-Making & Strategic Thinking: • Facilitate ongoing conversations to refine current product offerings and generate new ideas. • Manage product margin at both the overall customer level and within new programs. • Create and submit quote proposals for internal review and approval. • Understand broader market trends and dynamics to support investment in new technologies.
