This role is responsible for developing pull‑through sales strategies, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding the presence of SureWerx within key industrial and construction markets. The ideal candidate combines deep PPE product expertise, with strong business development capabilities and a consultative sales approach and will ideally reside in the Southeast (Charlotte or Atlanta) supporting 6 adjacent states.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with National Account objectivesDrive end-user engagement to generate pull‑through demand via distributor partnersConduct on‑site product demonstrations, technical presentations, and safety training sessionsPartner with distributor sales teams through joint calls and coordinated sales initiativesIdentify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industriesMaintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentationRepresent SureWerx at trade shows, customer events, and industry forumsAnalyze competitive landscape and position SureWerx solutions effectivelyBuild and sustain long‑term customer relationships within assigned territoryQualifications & ExperienceProven track record of selling safety products to end users in industrial or construction marketsHistory of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsExperience managing a defined geographic territory and account portfolioProficiency in CRM systems and structured pipeline managementStrong presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to influence purchasing decisions at multiple organizational levelsHighly organized, self‑directed, and results‑orientedValid driver's license with ability to travel extensively within territorySureWerx is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
