Job Title

Core Responsibilities

  • Evaluates and assess current and prospect employer needs throughout various markets
  • Identify employer decision makers to gain Work Comp business
  • In partnership with the Director of Workers' Compensation, facilitates all Workers' Compensation partner meetings
  • Partner with clinic leadership to resolve any employer concerns
  • Gain formal commitment from employers to utilize Exer's WC services
  • Coordinate the timely set-up of Exer's WC Service Package to ensure smooth implementation for employer
  • Communicate weekly achievements and employer pipeline status to Exer leadership
  • Manage a clean, thorough, and up to date sales funnel in order to forecast employer usage accurately
  • Maintain thorough understanding of competitive landscape within territory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • (In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college is equal to one year of directly related work experience in sales and vice versa)
  • Two or more years of sales experience

Reporting Relationship

  • Reports to the Director of Workers' Compensation
