Job Title
Core Responsibilities
Evaluates and assess current and prospect employer needs throughout various markets
Identify employer decision makers to gain Work Comp business
In partnership with the Director of Workers' Compensation, facilitates all Workers' Compensation partner meetings
Partner with clinic leadership to resolve any employer concerns
Gain formal commitment from employers to utilize Exer's WC services
Coordinate the timely set-up of Exer's WC Service Package to ensure smooth implementation for employer
Communicate weekly achievements and employer pipeline status to Exer leadership
Manage a clean, thorough, and up to date sales funnel in order to forecast employer usage accurately
Maintain thorough understanding of competitive landscape within territory

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
(In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college is equal to one year of directly related work experience in sales and vice versa)
